Y la verdad depende mucho del cliente que te toque, puede salir algun proyecto decente y buen equipo pero en su mayoria falta mucho por parte de la empresa, puede ser buen primer empleo para hacer experiencia pero carrera dentro ni loco

sueldos bajísimos, no llego a los 1600 usd siendo senior, beneficios que se quedan hasta ahi no son la gran cosa, mala comunicación con rrhh dado que según ellos se preocupan pero ni pelota de dan cuando levantas las cosas, en algún momento fui embajador y neeh, y si sos del interior olvidate no hay un evento cerca ni nada, vas a sentirte trabajando solo muchas veces
