Confused management and lack of industry understanding lead to poor environment. Upper Sales Management has the strange idea that technical qualification is not required for Client Managers despite top sales performers being highly technical. What could possibly go wrong?

1) Bureaucratic 2) Management by title and position. Zero leaderships 3) Long hour work 4) Too many unproductive meetings 5) I saw my boss having un-decent relationships with female employees. For instance, touching, helping him to wipe his dirty face and hands after meals. Yuck! 6) Criticised negatively and being insulted to a certain degree due to "performance" issue. 7) Not really an MNC although it was bought up by NTT . Not many opportunities to.grow and move beyond the Singapore-based organisation. 8) Mobile and broadband claims are not provided as promised during the interview. 9) Internal HR processs is cumbersome and slow. Imagine that I didn't have access to claims for 3 months and don't have access to payroll after 4 months joining the company.
