      Experience in lots of technologies, trainings, and different projects/clients. Great place to learn by doing and challenge yourself

      Cons

      HR is a black box when it comes to performance reviews and promotion cycles. Little transparency and happy to keep you at your level unless you are a very, very squeaky wheel

      ability to work from home. online training

      Cons

      depends on the account. work outsourced to India to save money and half the time on-shore staff have to fix offshore work. No pay increase and bonus depends on who you report to. Hard work does not make a difference. Staff taken advantage of with the threat of layoffs.
