Ehh. Only good for a paycheck - Terrible HR and Bench practices
Pros
Paycheck comes every couple of weeks and it's better than average. Some management cares.
Cons
Advisory leadership in certain practices are comical - particularly in their federal and govt spaces. Bench practices for consultants is a shame - if they can't put you on a project, then they simply lay you off after a 2 week period - not really the best practice to motivate and retain talent. They are a body shop - 100%. HR is mostly out of India and they have no clue as to what is going on back in the States. HR is basically useless. NTT is made up of several smaller advisory companies purchased at one time or the other. Discussions between each group, and consistent methodology on business practices is non-existent. One group could have general business practices 100% different than the other.
