      1. If you are in to a good project then the level of skills you develop as an individual far exceeds with peers in different companies. 2. You get exposure to various clients. 3. Chance to work on wide varieties of technologies or objects.

      Cons

      1. Pay is less compared to Other organizations. 2. Company is loosing values resources due to above reason. 3. No proper co-ordination with Delivery and practice. 4. You don't get a hike every year, it depends completely on your rating and the hike may extend up to 12 to 24 months.
