      good training, flexible work hours, opportunity to try new business techniques, great customer service opportunities, need to take intitiative, suits extroverts or introverts who can carry a big stick

      Cons

      work life balnce poor with no plan to implement it and retain employees, large turnover of employees and not alot of opportunity for career advancement. expectation to get work done however long it takes in times of business.

      Good for the people who like to pamper the management.

      Cons

      No better growth, too much of politics. Too much criticism on inter-companies in the group. Shed your blood to the company but no water drop can be paid back.
