NTT DATA is a globally branded company Flexible work timings Amazing work-life balance Seniors will be helpful if you show enthusiasm

Cons

Lots of entities to be merged(Keane,Intelligroup) and hence slow management decisions Nothing new to learn Mostly support/maintenance based projects especially in Mainframes Recently started: strict monitoring policy in some projects

Middle management is a bit of Teflon with pass the blame. Plenty of office politics and no work life balance
