      Decent benefits, opportunity to work with large clients in the financial IT industry and gain experience withing a global enterprise environment

      Cons

      Hard if not almost impossible to get a raise. Long work days that require you to be always focused on responding to email, alerts, incidents etc. Management is more concerned with the clients and less with the actual employees, no career direction.
