      Pros

      Good place to grow in terms of technicalities as you have your space to explore technologies. Freshers can start their career her and have a good basic tech foundation, provided you end up in a good team under a good manager. Company on a large scale growth and expansion so more employemen opportunities.

      Cons

      Less employee benefits. 70:30 ratio of Contract employees and full time employees. Vision less senior management. You cannot find employee diversity and one must be a self entertainer and self contented person as the org doesn't fee like they need lighten up employees. Technology within the org is old and outdated though DiData sells technologies to its clients. You cannot expect lab practice in DiData.
