      Pros

      I spent happy years at Arkadin in a friendly international environment. The company was very successful on its legacy markets and was about to create a good momentum on new markets, video and unified communications. Company's values are vivid and applied on a daily basis.

      Cons

      We spent a lot of time/efforts on the maintenance/streamlining of existing services and not enough on true innovation. Short-term priority on margins increased the company's risk aversion, which forbid access to newest technological trends: mobile and big data in particular.
