      Pros

      Best company for technical individuals (engineers), Plenty of opportunities to upskill for engineers, good practice on project management, good team of engineers who share knowledge with others. in 2 to 4 years, fresh engineers can become experts in any domain.

      Cons

      Senior Management is not aware of what is happening at the middle level. Middle level managers are left alone to manage projects and client support. HR support not visible. Appraisals at all levels are mere namesake. Becoming a box selling organization than a technically strong company.
