      Worked off-site at a client site and enjoyed the work I did along with my peers; several knowledgeable people with strong customer domain experience

      Cons

      Customer valued domain expertise of key resources but did not respect all NTT Data senior management; Program Manager did not value or respect employees, did not want or encourage feedback; very unprofessional leader. When contract ended, company placed people on the bench for 2 weeks but had not other local contracts. Based on senior management, very poor leadership.
