      In the process of transitioning into a global behemoth. Little opportunity for innovation since most policy and process are pushing down from Global groups. Since the change in senior management in Australia a few years back there has been a fundamental shift in the culture. DIDATA used to be place that cared about its employees growth and development but has lost touch with what made the company in the first place - it's people. Many mid to long term employees have left or are leaving.
