      Have worked with Big names like Accenture, Wipro, Cap Gemini... But none as good as DD when it comes to Work life balance, Appraisal, work force, and the management.

      Pros

      High entry level salary for the city, good benefits, very flexible in terms of working arrangements. I think it's pretty difficult for employees to get fired here.

      Cons

      Slow career progression, often work in a silo, weak management team, the work environment lacks energy.
