Company culture is continuation of Carritor with many managers remaining and unable to transition to a true global company. Policies, strategies and approach to marketplace out of touch with clients, employees and prospects.
Executive management is ineffective in instituting an atmosphere to drive future successes. Solution areas are shell organizations with slide decks and few market offerings. Field teams are largely unsupported by the larger enterprise and often saddled with the most inappropriate management teams imaginable. The strength of the organization is within the experienced employees that provide the client solution support that allows the company to keep the lights on. Without solutions or products, this company relies exclusively on the talents and capabilities of the workforce to satisfy client needs but these folks toil without any hope of pay increases or promotional opportunities.
