Nice place to work, nice projects going on, customer base is good.

Cons

Dat to mutch internal politics, in NL no entrepreneur attitude, depending (waiting) on European/Global initiatives - so slow adoption of new technologies. Late in cloud based services offerings (and no cloud is not servicing a few datacenters - it's about real services! Depending on network driven project, lifting in Cisco technology. Let Microsoft expertise go ..

Cons

HRs and some managers are worst.Hikes and promotions are not given in time in my project. No recognition for work.Demotivating Some of my colleagues have got good hikes and benefits as they are under good managers .
