      Pros

      Relaxed culture. Outcomes based. Great room for internal growth and movement. Excellent work facilities and environment - preppy, fun, conducive to creative thinking and high output.

      Cons

      You have to put yourself forward and be a bit "out there" to move ahead. It is a sales orientated business and the employees seem to be more valued by management if they have that personality.
