      no job security, false perks and incentives commitments, salary discussions are not clear, beware of Human Resources team. not a global organization at all.

      Money seems good. They have discussed that raises and promotions are possible within the group I am in.

      401k is not great. Other benefits are nothing special.

      Nice office environment, enjoyed working with the latest conferencing technology, a few really nice people.

      Cons

      Layoffs, fear of being laid off, 3 people on my small team were laid off in less than a year, another 3 quit due to conflict
