      Progressive integrator that continues to evolve

      Pros

      Making aggressive steps toward transition between systems integrator and consulting shop/integrator. Leadership is bright, supportive, enabling.

      Cons

      Internal operations services are lacking, such as IT. Onboarding services for roles require evolution. HR does an excellent job for an integrator, but could do a better job of supporting employees compared with other industries. Compensation in certain areas of the company is behind the industry.
