      Pros

      Flexible work. So it was kind of good working there.So hard work pays. You are recognized for your contributions. If you are willing to take the lead and are proactive, you will be fully supported.

      Cons

      The cafeteria is not that good. Management though supportive of you, is at a loss regarding new technologies. Otherwise a pretty good place to be.

      Pros

      the best reasons to be part of the company is that you get lot of exposure to various emerging technologies and chance to work on them. Onsite opportunities are there but it all depends on the project you belong to.

      Cons

      Salary and other benefits are not up to the market standard. If you want to go higher up in the ladder, you need to be in the good books of the managers and they need to be sure that you stay in the company for long.
