      Pros

      Best place for learning and work with life balance. This company is good for payment methodology , cos all ur salary component is visible and fixed . No eye wash component so called variable pay. Best place to work peacefully

      In Bangalore , I would say office location is worst part . Actually office is located in Mysore :P . Called global village which is literally village

      Job security if you maintain good terms with Manager

      Cons

      Minimum hike, frequent management changes, they don't know what is best practice, it's like working in government office without bribe, no one cares about escalation, no accountability, nothing will work with emails only phone calls will help complete work
