      Pros

      Office culture is relaxed, young work environment, flexible. Since most of the legacy company was disbanded and the office is really there as more of a location presence, that leaves a lot of flexibility to work from home and dress business casual.

      Cons

      They only care about the bottom line and not the employees. Willing to forego talent for sub par performers because they're cheaper. Very poor communication.

      lots of projects on different clients, possibility to work in various environments

      Cons

      No way to grow up, body rental and not consultancy projects, you feel like you are a number. all managers grow; all the lower levels are blocked
