      DDM is a multinational with a lot of challenge . i can use my languages and am daling on daly basis with a lot kind of clients with differents nationalities.

      THEY DONT GIVE IMPORTANCE THE OLD CLIENTS AND I GUESS THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT T KEEP AN OLD CUSTOMER BETTER THAN LOOK FOR A NEW ONE

      Good Company,Good BI projects and process oriented approaches.Incentives and bonus based on your performance.No Variable pay full ctc is fixed.

      Cons

      Hikes are very less and almost giving single digits. No trainings to improve the skill sets HR policies are very bad and dont know when they will remove it.
