      Great starting job out of college!....But the company is a revolving door......

      Pros

      I got a great job out of college paying $45K as an IT Consultant. The first year was great. Very supportive boss who focused on training. Great benefits and 401K Due to the"revolving door" I quickly learned how to work independently, interacting one on one with government client. They taught me how to be a consultant, and deliver a high level of service to my clients. I am forever grateful for the opportunity they gave me and proud of my performance.

      Cons

      I had 3 different bosses in 3 years. The lack of raises or promotions made our team a revolving door. After 2 years I was the only original team member left from our team of 9. Great stepping stool but they would rather higher an unemployed person from outside a company than promote from within.

      Pros

      The pros of working for NTT DATA include the ability to work with advanced technologies, a diverse work group, and an interesting work environment. The client site is good. Client interactions are satisfactory.

      Cons

      Job security is always a concern. Salary is under market value. Benefits are grossly expensive. Management interaction is minimal at best. There is no career path in place and no opportunities for advancement. There is no flexibility with work-life balance.

      Decent salary, benefits, and management are approachable.

      Cons

      Lack of job security and work hours does not match up with the workload, but yet you are expected to produce by certain deadlines without OT support.
