Pros

Small PeopleSoft practice creates a close-knit feeling. Have the opportunity to build a lot of experience. Pretty good pay. Upper management attentive towards consultants. Fun times with the team and management. Good work/life balance, offering flexibility.

Cons

No structure for raises. Less than 8 months for a full implementation. Disappointing review proces, no feedback given. Found out it doesn't really matter. Feels like the huge NTT DATA doesn't care that much about the small North America PeopleSoft practice. Expect late expense reimbursements - improved after terrible debacle, but still unpredictable. Off-shore development team was a difficult model that doesn't really work. 401K matching is very miniscule

Pros

You get to learn how not to run projects and what and all can go wrong in a project. Learn how to do politics and bucketing the manager,because hard work and skills count for nil.. You can see freshers get more salary than you if you stayed for 2 years..no laterals dont get hike Location is good Good for freshers and most of the good reviews will be from them.

Cons

Incompetent and dumb managers who have been in the company for 10-15 years and reached management level only by "time bound promotion" , they dont know single line of code/process/basic english or have basic common sense on how to talk to employees forget management skills. Never join if you are lateral...you will be stuck in your salary forever with no hikes..whereas freshers in the company will eventually get more than you because of "time bound promotions" which is not applicable to laterals....your fate is in manager's hand..so get your bucketing skills ready if you want to join. People who toiled in projects are not given opportunities for onsite/lead etc but instead people from outside close to managers are filled into those positions....in short no career growth.. Management makes scapegoat of employees in front of client..because managers are spineless and cant stand up for anything Onsite opportunity limited after NTT takeover from keane No process CMM level is just namesake you meet HR only when joining and resigning...they do not respond to any issues

Pros

I still had a job after the they got the contract for my company I worked for, and the people I worked with I considered family.

Cons

I have not received overtime pay that is owed to me for almost 6 months, they never trained us properly on the NTT resources such as, time keeping HR Benefits, ect.. The additional staff that was brought on was lacking the skills needed to complete the duties requested of them, after we provided training for them on several occasions. They did not research the task performed by departments well enough and had several operations that were missed until they were needed and the staff was not available.
