The world is your oyster - many opportunities abound. For those who are willing to put up their hands, there is a lot to offer from a career growth perspective. People are generally well looked after.

Cons

Cross global regional transfers are difficult - it is almost like separate companies within one group. Gaining synergy across global regions can be challenging (although not impossible)
