      Learning is the only Earning (especially for those who joined as freshers)

      Pros

      Nice Company to be with from learning perspective, Good Work Environment, Flexible Work Timing, Onsite Oppurtunity is more in certain projects/accounts, Sports,CSR and other cultural activities conducted at regular interval are good.

      Cons

      People who joined as freshers were trained on certain platform and were later put into diffenent platform in which they hadn't been trainied (not sure whther it shows poor planning/forcasting) People who join/joined as freshers and even if he/she contribute for any number of years are not being recognized from benefits/earning/onsite perspective while people who join as lateral with similar/even less potential/experience are being recognized high by company in terms of pay/onsite/other. Frequenlty changing policy affect employees(could be due to merger/acquisition) Appraisals are just for sake, mostly it has no positive effects unless you get full rating Annual hikes were not there until couple of years back, but currently it is there on annual basis ranging from 1 - 8 %(not sure how the % will be determined)

      Pros

      Very strong brand. A large network of professionals to work with and gain experience from. Great vision and mission. Just like family.

      Cons

      Functional when the organization ought to be projectized. Wide gulf between management and junior staff. 50% delivery on promises made.
