      Not so good for freshers. But scope for experienced people with Japanese language skills

      - Good, if you Japanese language. - Friendly work environment - Good hands-on technology to work on.

      Cons

      - Salary too low for freshers to 3 years experienced as per market standards. - Management very partial with people who do not know Japanese language. - Huge difference in performance bonus between those who know Japanese and those who don't.
