      Pros

      Good for learning. Various training are conducted by practice Training & internal project will help projecting good learning curve initially. Colleagues are helpful even cross module wise.

      Cons

      Frequent policy changes due to aquisition of Keane & Intelligroup by NTT DATA. Pay scale is below average compared to Industry.Take home/cash in hand is very less. Many employees are victim under the Time bound promotion policies

      Work Life balance. Lot of leisure time as less work.

      Cons

      I have worked in this company for 4 years in multiple locations below are the Biggest De-merits. Exams to attain hikes and promotions. Zero Learning as projects are with limited work. Unethical Managers. All the practices are moved to one location (Bangalore). Training resources for a specific domain which is of no use. Many employees leave this company within 2 years as they are dis-satisfied with the compensation process.
