      free lunch every friday, sales team was really inviting and management showed appreciation for their employees

      No real pros here sorry. I hope to go back to my previous job soon.

      Cons

      Been in the company for a short time now. Can see why many other colleagues are unhappy. Always changing of management to less qualified staff. Many people "talk" well and "sound" good but have less ability/skill to carryout the needed actions. No places to go in career.
