      Onsite Opprtunities are more if you are working for company for more than 3 years . Comany conducts a lot of charitable events . Lots of options to innovate .

      Cons

      Pathetic Work Culture No proper trainings . All that are conducted are in rush hours when consultants are busy with daily activities . Drastically low salaries and very low hikes . Horrible management .
