      Pros

      Global Player with employee and work friendly policies. Good Training programs for consultants , employees. and managers. Having clients from across the industry types (healthcare, aerospace, finance etc.) and therefore great projects for employees to work on.

      Cons

      Projects are not distributed evenly to all data centers. BLR center is having more projects and Noida center has less. That does impact morale of employees working at noida as due to less projects they didnt have any choice and sometimes they have to wait (on bench) for project allocation.
