      A regular service company with typical Offshore - Onshore model.

      - Its a general Work - life balance service company

      Cons

      - Not much technical improvements in skills. Do same work over and over. - Most of the projects are Mainframe/AS400 - Limited options to grow in organization unless if you spend long years in company - Salary is not great
