      Great place to work. Good training by seniors . Working environment is good.

      Cons

      it depends on which NTT DATA leadership you working on. It can be extreme, really relaxed or long working hours even on weekends.

      Pros

      People in Dimension Data is very friendly and easy to work with. The size of company helps to easily solve process issues, it´s not to much bureaucratic.

      Cons

      The volume of work, it´s usual to work overtime to be able to finish all the duties. Sometimes the lack of process and guidelines can be a hassle. You should follow what your Director asks even when there is a process saying you should do the opposite. The benefits are not that interesting for a global company
