      Worked here for a long time a few years ago. Had good career growth. This was before NTT bought Keane/Caritor

      Pros

      Fast-paced business that is growing rapidly. Rapid growth offers new opportunities for existing employees. Company invests in their employees - training, professional development, mentoring. Employees have opportunities to work with numerous partners (Cisco, Microsoft, Juniper, Riverbed, F5, Infoblox and more) and various consumption models (on prem, hybrid, cloud). Leaders are approachable and engaged. Company works hard to communicate the strategy and align departments with this strategy.

      Fast pace sometimes means long hours. Pay is decent, but not outstanding.

      Company has no long term vision, it keeps buying other companies without really achieving any synergy from the purchase, it is trying to become a consulting company, but the core is still placing bodies at the client location. Outdated internal systems, make it very difficult to get anything done internally in a timely fashion. Tons and tons of bureaucratic layer, means no one in the top management is accountable for anything. Rampant and open nepotism, abusive management who do not have any strategy or vision, other than placing bodies at the client location. As an employee be prepared to work long hours and weekends but do not expect any career growth, bonus or pay raises. Benefits are stingy and expensive.
