      colleagues available, competent and not sharks (only a few) workloads balanced with private life

      Performance appraisal opaque conventions and benefits limited training plan disorganization and resource planning not efficient

      Pros

      Great people, No stress, you get 20 paid holidays (highest in Japan), you can take hourly holiday. Company provides housing allowance, company points (using which you can order electronic stuff online for Free). The employee welfare is Best in Japan.

      Cons

      HR is haphazard. You can be assigned to any department irrespective of your skillset. Its a slow company, not much to learn.
