      Pros

      You would work in a small group and have chance to do lots of stuff, which is really good for new graduates. There is at least once a month of birthday party. So it's good time to meet your colleges from other departments.

      Cons

      working time is not flexible and you have to clock-in/out your card everyday. The base salary is low and thus you need to work overtime to earn a bit more money. you might get bored after a few years of work.
