      -Less North America projects -Very poor caliber of colleagues -Very poor management (no transparency) -Success Mantra is "Yes" & "Buttering" of Top Management -Low salary -Poor management

      - Less Work Load - Laid Back working

      Cons

      - Very low pay - Very poor calibre of colleagues (All good ones manage to find new jobs) - Very poor management (no transparency) - Mostly Donkey work (If you want challenging and interesting work, Pune India might not be the place you want to be. Not sure of other places so cant comment on them)
