      Pros

      Best place for learning and work with life balance. This company is good for payment methodology , cos all ur salary component is visible and fixed . No eye wash component so called variable pay. Best place to work peacefully

      In Bangalore , I would say office location is worst part . Actually office is located in Mysore :P . Called global village which is literally village

      Pros

      I was fortunate to have had a great manager and team during my time at DDLS. I really valued the professional and personal development opportunites that were given to me, and the freedom to learn and grow. Opportunities for advancement are given, although you have to ask/push for it and it may only be within your existing role eg. taking on more responsibilities/challenging work. Work/life balance and company culture are exemplary.

      Cons

      Low salaries, senior management getting a bit stale, slow to change.
