      Pros

      Still a well known brand for Cisco and Microsoft Partnerships, have many tenanted and smart people working in the technology field.

      Cons

      Old fashioned sales management, some managers have been there for over 20 years, sometimes it is not a good sign for a technology sales environment. No clear strategy, lack of understanding of modern technology selling model, undefined corporate pitch and value proposition.
