      Fun team of people to work with, no shortage of after hour activities, and a part of a fast-growing business, which creates a number of opportunities for those who are interested in advancing their careers.

      Cons

      Hard work & high expectations. It is a bit of a self-starter culture where you have to seek a lot of information yourself to be successful. If you are direct with those around you when you need help, the team is always willing to jump in, but everyone is busy and you must have the right personality to be successful here.
