      Pros

      Positioned at the forefront of networking and communications in 51 countries across five regions – Middle East & Africa, Europe, Asia Pacific, Australia and the Americas. In October 2010, Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT), one of the largest global telecommunications service providers, acquired 100% of Dimension Data plc for GBP 2.1 billion, making Dimension Data a wholly-owned subsidiary of the NTT Group.

      Cons

      Part of the NTT Group, however there is no clear line on the direction on the conflict of business in countries both Dimension Data & NTT exist, this create confusion to customer particularly on the Cloud Computing business.

      Pros

      Great pay and good benefits, but overall more Cons than Pros here... I wasn't impressed from Day 1.

      Cons

      - HR is difficult to work with (Oracle - PeopleSoft) and all overseas workers in India. - No effort for a positive change in client relationships. - No interest in improving daily workflows. - Management is disconnected from workers. - Same work day-in, day-out. Not challenging, nor changing. - No love for the work performed; everyone is apathetic with their job. - Many of the employees who were outsourced by NTT DATA are still working there, but disgruntled and are just impossible to work with on a daily basis. Cooperation falls flat on its face.

      Supportive management Hard work paid off, 2 promotions in 3 years Took advice from individual contributors Fun corporate environment Great employees from all over

      Cons

      Sometimes lack of communication, slow waiting process Caught up in layoffs back in 2008, forced to cut pay in some cases, no raises for a couple years for some Expect you to take on more than 40 hours of work per week or you could lose your job. Whoever management "liked" could get ridiculously high salaries, not consistent
