Pros
The work environment at DD is great, there are opportunities to grow and advance in my career. Engineers are exposed to different technologies and a big variety of customers. Managers are friendly and approachable and they recognize your good work and do listen to their employees. The culture is fantastic and it's easily to make friends and build good relationships with member of other teams. Good networking opportunities.
Cons
You will find that the salary is below the average on the market. Working with other business units gets frustrating at times as there are some grey areas and some tasks assigned to each group are not always well defined. You will find that DD understaffed so you can be working very long hours.
