Pros
I had been impressed with my experience there. It was a great chance for me as a person who is enthusiastic for challenging learning opportunities. Also my shift managers, team leaders and co-workers were really friendly and as part of a diverse multicultural environment we had lots of fun such as potluck, cruise party, New year celebration, etc. The most important Pros was a 3 team fixed 24 hour shift schedule and there was no need for any one to stay longer at work.
Cons
I had been flexible about working on weekends. It might be required for some of the team members. However this is part of IT jobs.
