      Pros

      Coworkers are great and there is a strong team environment for the most part. Flexible hours Strong financial backing from parent company

      Cons

      Management is short sided. Not aware and lacks knowledge of current industry software engineering practices Lack of organization Lack of leadership and direction\lack of vision Lack of ownership Very biased in hiring and employee favoritism Pay scale is below industry standards

      Pros

      Mostly nice people. Impossible to get fired even when you don't make quota

      Cons

      same problem that never gets resolved. Poor Marketing/VP of Sales. When asked "What can we do to make your more successful?" We say, Better leads. It's basically cold calling off a purchased list. They keep asking what is wrong and we keep telling them and nothing happens.
