Great for beginners and people who want to learn and take initiatives. Great client exposure that doesn't depend entirely on the level of your experience but instead on your own willingness to take up additional challenges

Cons

Not very structured, no formal training process before a new assignment or a role. Learn on the job and on the go.

Pros

Great team environment, support from management and visibility to senior / executive level management. Flexible work practices and good emphasis on work life balance.

Cons

As with most large companies, very slow to adapt to change / innovate. Agree with some other comments that long-standing members get shuffled around in senior management positions. Salary is not too competitive / at market rate.
