You will never be able to get out of billable assignment They will talk only about Lay off once you are on bench. Poor resource forecasting and bench managment. To avoid lay off they can put you in entry roles and ask you can take this up or you will be laid off Your manager will show dis respect on face by hanging up Phone or not answering your emails when you need his support
