      Room for improvement, but still a great place to build a career.

      Pros

      Work from home options provide nice flexibility and the company provides excellent PTO time that increases annually. There are lots of technical and sales oriented learning/training resources available to employees who want to excel. Great people in all offices.

      Cons

      The company allows employees to become burnt out before it takes action on certain things. 401k match is mediocre. Systems and processes can be messy and cumbersome. Culture is improving, but there is still a bad aura around several offices following several rounds of layoffs over the years.

      Pros

      Able to work from home if needed, flexible hours, they do promote from within, good benefits.

      Cons

      Pay was inadequate, management at the executive level was inconsistent, bonuses were based on operating GP and out of the 5 years working there only received a bonus twice.
