Thank you for taking the time to feedback. In terms of listening to our employees we do encourage all our employees to take part in a global employee survey, which has just taken place this past month where almost 70% of employees across Europe responded. We will be reviewing and sharing those results in the next couple of months. Also the recent country Kick-Off events that are attended by the country Exco and some members of the EU Exco, again provide opportunity for interaction and open discussion with the management teams. If you do have specific instances where you feel you are not being listened to or change is not being implemented at a local level feel free to speak openly to me or your Country HRD about these instances without fear of consequences as we do encourage open communication for all employees. On the subject of pay, we do benchmark employee salaries regularly to ensure we are offering competitive rates in each of our markets, and salaries are reviewed on an annual basis by the country and European Remco.
