      Lots of infighting and bullying among employees; The management response was anemic.

      - Lots of interesting front-end and back-end technologies to work on - Free soft drinks in the kitchen

      Cons

      - I was bullied by another employee and the management did nothing to stop it. - Overtime hours were frequent, and project estimations were done without consulting the development teams - Development silos everywhere

      Great people that want to succeed.

      Cons

      No organization and real strategy in place. You are lost most of the time. Expectations are high but don't really have anything to work with. Your just a reseller of other products.

      I wish I could get Paid for the Work I have done

      Pros

      None. It's hard to find something good to say about a company that with holds your pay.

      Cons

      I used to belong to Dell Federal Services but that division was sold to NTT Data. At the first of the year payroll and benefits transitioned to NTT Data. Since then my pay has been completely messed up. My first paycheck was a week late and neither of my paychecks have been for the right amount. deductions are taken from my pay but are not sent to their respective accounts. Additionally, health benefits went up while the quality of the services went down, 401k matching went down as well. There has been horrible communication on this.
